The Engine That Drives Your Business

Fast Plan is our rapid Business or Marketing Plan writing service for clients who need a Marketing Plan, yesterday!

We offer two written Marketing Plans - Basic and Comprehensive. The main difference between them is that the Basic Plan is just for "today and tomorrow", invokes modest change and fine tunes existing activities. This level of activity works extremely well for the pursuit of short term business opportunities.

Alternatively, our Comprehensive Plan requires more research, describes more promotional and advertising activities, carefully positions the business in the market and provides more detail in marketing budgets. It sets out the full programme over a longer period and may involve major rework or change to existing activities.

Our Fourteen Day Guarantee runs from the date of first briefing, or when the main body of information has been received, to the day we give notice of completion. We guarantee to complete the project within fourteen business days or it's FREE!up.gif (920 bytes)

The minimum content we build into a Marketing Plan follows next. The details of a Comprehensive Marketing Plan you can find here.

BASIC MARKETING PLAN    $1995 Plus GST

This quality of plan and cost structure is only achievable if the client provides the greater amount of the content, including full financial details. We provide the structure, refine the content and enhance some of the strategies. This plan format is not suitable for clients who require a full reassessment of where they are with their marketing and what they want it to achieve.

If a simple "where we are now and where we will be tomorrow" is not enough for your needs, then perhaps you might like to consider a Comprehensive Marketing Plan.

A Comprehensive Plan is more detailed than the Basic Plan, involves more market research and risk assessment, more analysis and longer term sales modelling, more time to develop comprehensive strategies and more detail in preparing tactical programmes. This comprehensive format looks like this:up.gif (920 bytes)

The Last Word

From our experience, planning and strategising are either not done on a regular basis, or can be let down by poor implementation.

We believe that implementation is imperative after marketing planning, as this is where you actually "create the customer" you have been thinking about. We therefore recommend that you make allowance for a few coaching sessions in the months following roll out of "The Plan". up.gif (920 bytes)
