Need a Plan, Yesterday?

Fast Plan is a rapid Business or Marketing Plan writing service for people who need a plan, yesterday!

We actually offer two levels of written plan - Basic and Comprehensive. The main difference between them is that the Comprehensive Plan requires more research but offers more strategies, more choice and more detailed financial documents. The Basic Plan covers how things are set up at present, how the business will be run and how well it will perform over the next 12 months.

Click here to arrange a FREE assessment of your idea or your business and its real potential.

Once you have signed up for a Basic Plan, this happens:

Day One.   We have an initial meeting to identify the business purpose and audience for the plan.
Days Two to Three.   You send us relevant financial, marketing and operational information.
Days Four to Six.    We consult staff or outsiders as appropriate and with your approval, and do desk research.
Days Seven to Twelve.   We write the plan.
Day Fourteen or before.    We notify you of completion and arrange a presentation date.

Our Fourteen Day Guarantee runs from the date of first briefing, or when the main body of information has been received, to the day we give notice of completion. We guarantee to complete the project within fourteen business days or it's FREE!up.gif (920 bytes)

The minimum content we build into a Basic Business Plan follows, and the content of a Comprehensive Business Plan you can find here. If you change your mind and need Marketing assistance, click here.

BASIC PLAN    $1995 Plus GST
(Not applicable to business migrants, refer to our business migration pages)

To maintain this price structure, the client provides most of the operational information (including full financial documents) and much of the practical management and marketing information. NZ Business Planners provides the structure and suggestions for minor changes to strategy or tactics, as appropriate.

This type of Basic Plan works for a client who wants a summary of where they are and where they have already decided to go - useful for presentation to a bank manager, for example. It is not suitable for LTBV applications

If a simple "where we are now and where we will be tomorrow" is not enough for your needs, then perhaps you might like to consider a Comprehensive Business Plan.

A Comprehensive Business Plan is more detailed than the Basic Plan, as it involves more market research and risk assessment, more analysis, longer term financial modelling, more comprehensive strategies and more detail in tactical programmes. This type of plan is for clients who want to reinforce their operations or pursue new direction, new strategies and structure. An outline of this kind of plan would look something like this:up.gif (920 bytes)

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN    From $2995 plus GST
(Not applicable to business migrants, refer to our business migration pages)

The bold sections amongst the text indicate additions that go into the Comprehensive Plan which are not found in Fast Plan.

Costs for a Comprehensive Plan are naturally greater, and will be quoted for on an individual basis. As a rough rule of thumb however, you could allow a minimum $2995 plus GST, plus other third party expenses.

The Last Word

From our experience, planning and strategising are either not done on a regular basis, or the good ideas can be badly let down by poor implementation.

We believe that thoroughgpoing implementation is imperative after planning. We therefore recommend that you make allowance for a few coaching sessions in the months following roll out of "The Plan", to allow review of management and information systems, "the way we always do things". up.gif (920 bytes)
